SHIPPING/REFUND POLICY - FAQ

US SHIPPING

All items are made to order and fulfilled by Printful. Please allow for 11 -15 business days for your order to be fulfilled and shipped to your door within the U.S. via carriers such as USPS, FedEx, DPD, and DHL.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international orders, delivery timeframes may take between 14- 30 business days, depending on the country.

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.

​

Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility, as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.

​

Anime Onlies does not have any responsibility for these additional charges that may apply.

​

The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order, the buyer is responsible for abiding by the country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.

​

If a product is seized and destroyed by customs, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs when the buyer wishes to have a second delivery attempt after the product is returned to Anime Onlies.

Anime Onlies is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers after they have been dispatched.

​

Anime Onlies cannot be held responsible/liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Anime Onlies is not responsible for misdelivery errors via carrier or incorrect shipping information.

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

 

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@animeonlies.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at hello@animeonlies.com

 

We do not currently accept online returns and exchanges internationally. For more information, please contact hello@animeonlies.com.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

​

Sizing Style:

Our shirts are designed to have an oversized fit, which means they run a bit larger than traditional sizes. We recommend purchasing the size you usually wear for the preferred look of a relaxed and baggy fit.

 

Please keep in mind that the oversized style may not be for everyone, and if you prefer a more fitted look, you may want to consider sizing down, which is not recommended.
